- Delivery of the product (download, email, or activation) is considered full fulfillment of the order.
- If you experience a technical issue (e.g., not receiving the product or access problems), please contact us within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue or resend the product.
🔹 2. Physical Products
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is requested without a valid reason (change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

- Digital products after delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Used or damaged items due to misuse.

- For physical products, refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
