  • All digital products are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
  • Delivery of the product (download, email, or activation) is considered full fulfillment of the order.
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., not receiving the product or access problems), please contact us within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue or resend the product.

🔹 2. Physical Products

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested without a valid reason (change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

  • Digital products after delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • For physical products, refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
